In connection with the staff expansion, we are opening a vacancy for the position of "Financial Director"
Our candidate is an ambitious financier who has held managerial positions with growth prospects.
Requirements for this position:
- At least 3 years of experience in the financial sector;
- At least 1 year of experience in the position of "Deputy CFO" or "CFO";
- Experience in management accounting and its control;
- Successful experience in business process automation;
- Knowledge of management software will be an advantage (1C, etc.);
- Attention to detail, experience in working with large amounts of data, strategic and critical thinking;
- Ability to draw up regulatory documents governing the relationship between different business areas of the company.
- Willingness to take responsibility for your work and results, proactivity, initiative, and communication skills;
- The ability to see opportunities and risks, to conduct a comprehensive analysis independently in conditions of uncertainty and limited information.
- Advanced Excel user
- Experienced in 1C: understands the capabilities and limitations of standard systems, has experience in setting development tasks for management accounting needs.
Main responsibilities of the position:
- General management of the company's financial function;
- Ensuring efficient financial and economic performance of the company;
- Improvement and maintenance of management accounting and reporting (P&L, Cash flow, management balance sheet);
- Checking for approval of all processes for the issuance of funds;
- Manage the company's accounts receivable and accounts payable;
- Optimization of the company's expenses.
