"We are here to make something new"...
On August 24, 2022, a new cafe was born at 17 Khreshchatyk Street, signifying a promising start for what would eventually become known as "Kotleta po-kyivsky". This humble beginning represented an important step forward by ordinary individuals towards a bright and successful future for the "Kotleta po-kyivsky".
History of the institution "Kotleta po-kyivsky"
The story of this project began in a small kitchen, at a friendly gathering, and the first variations of Chicken Kyiv were prepared in this kitchen.
The goal of our team was to create a cutlet that could be eaten everywhere and at all times, easy to take with you to work, a walk, lunch, or a meeting with friends, because everyone is used to Chicken Kyiv being a "plate" and "knife and fork", a lot of oil, and the risk of getting dirty with it.
Our perspective differed...
And it happened, the recipe of Chicken Kyiv is going through a unique stage of evolution in the fast food version. The cutlet is becoming mobile, served quickly and without waiting, and a variety of specialty fillings are being created so that every guest can find their favorite Chicken Kyiv.
This is just the beginning, our goal is to enter international markets and open "Kotleta po-kyivsky" in all cities of Ukraine and the world.
We want to popularize Ukrainian food and culture and show everyone what real, Ukrainian fast food is.
